Historic house built on the early 1900's, comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has been updated over the years, with additions in keeping with the character of the home such as timber floors, ornate ceilings and decorative trinkets. There are two living spaces - the main open-plan living and dining area with pot belly fire and breakfast bar into timber kitchen: plus, a private lounge/theater room at the front of the property. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom is found upstairs. Verandas surround this majestic old home providing a peaceful view of our gardens, majestic old pine tree and the plentiful birdlife. Burnley has its own outdoor pool for your exclusive use.
Your BBQ area is located in the adjoining yard underneath the gazebo.

See AllSettlers Cottage Settlers Cottage has a sleek look, wrapped in corrugated tin. The front veranda overlooks the main playground area. The cottage has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other also with a queen plus a separate single bunk. Settlers comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Open plan kitchen, dining and living space are a wonderful example of country style living. The lounge area is comfortable and spacious, and in winter is warmed by an electric fireplace. Settlers' bathroom has a separate bath and walk in shower. It has an enchanting garden out the front, with a gorgeous display of lavender and roses.Pendle comprises of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is, the option of an additional roll out bed if required. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, or 2 adults and childrenTimber and corrugated steel bathroom with bath and shower combination. Other features include an open fireplace, air-conditioning, dining area, BBQ, fridge, separate toilet, washing machine,TV with parking at the front door.
